What we supply

Oil and gas operations in Kenya and East Africa run to international codes, and the equipment that goes into them has to arrive with documentation that proves it. Synergy Power Systems Limited supplies instrumentation, rotating equipment, valves, piping and safety systems to pipeline operators, storage and distribution terminals, refinery and depot facilities and their engineering contractors.

Our instrumentation and automation range covers pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement, control valves, transmitters, and the field devices and control accessories that connect them to a plant control system. We supply pumps, gauges and pneumatics for product transfer and utility duties, and valves and flanges across the material and pressure classes used in hydrocarbon service. API grade pipes, connections and sleeves are supplied against the relevant specification with mill certification.

Safety is not a separate category in this sector, it runs through every line item. We represent BS&B Safety Systems for rupture discs and pressure relief, and Det-Tronics for flame and gas detection, which means we can support a client from the process safety review through to the supply, installation guidance and periodic testing of the protective devices themselves.

Our long relationship with Kenya Pipeline Company and with contractors working on depot and terminal projects has given us a practical understanding of what these sites need, particularly around lead times on certified items and the paperwork that has to accompany them.
